Aesthetic and Texture

Black Slate is an “ultra-dark” decor. While it appears as a solid black from a distance, close inspection reveals the complex tonal shifts and clefts characteristic of natural metamorphic rock.

• SupaTexture Finish: This is what transforms the board from a simple black panel into a premium architectural material. The finish features a heavy, directional embossing that mimics the natural layers and “chips” of split slate. It is matte to the touch and incredibly effective at diffusing light, which prevents the “cheap” reflection often seen on dark laminates.
