Comet Granite is a classic, dark-toned stone finish within the PG Bison MelaWood range. It is a staple in the Value Range, designed to provide the look of natural polished granite at a more accessible price point.

Aesthetic and Texture

Comet Granite features a deep charcoal-to-black base peppered with fine, multi-colored speckles—typically in shades of grey, white, and subtle silver. It mimics the “salt and pepper” appearance of igneous rock.

• Peen Finish: This is the standard texture for Comet Granite. It is a slightly stippled, low-gloss finish that is incredibly durable and excellent at hiding fingerprints and light scratches.

• The Look: It offers a dense, busy pattern that provides a sense of “weight” to cabinetry. Unlike the modern, veined stones (like Tucana), Comet Granite has a consistent, uniform distribution of detail.
